IT-Supporter

Seeking IT-supporter who understand how to deliver good service.

If you’re an IT-Supporter, willing to learn new stuff, you might be the person we’re looking for in a newly established IT Service function in Warsaw

Danish Crown/Sokolow is searching for an IT-Supporter for a central Service Desk, taking care of service and support within administrative IT. The central Service Desk in Warsaw will take care of service and support for IT users on 7 factories and 1 sales office in Poland. In total 1.300 users.

As IT-Supporter you will be a part of Danish Crown Global IT, with 190 IT employees. We support in total more than 7.000 users in more than 20 countries.

 

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Provide IT support and deliver high quality service
  • Application- and technical support for users in Warsaw office
  • Remote support for users in other locations
  • Analysing problems and errors on systems and network
  • User administration
  • Setting up and testing of new PC equipment
  • Cooperation with Business units and IT colleagues in Poland
  • Cooperation with IT colleagues in Denmark and England

 

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Minimum two years of working on 1st, 2nd or 3rd Level IT Support Helpdesk. It will be and advantage if you have previous experience from a big company
  • Knowledge of Windows systems (Active Directory, Win10, Office365)
  • Knowledge and experience with network technologies
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment, and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes will be an advantage
  • Strong documentation skills with an ability to absorb and retain information quickly
  • Good understanding of controlling and management of IT Assets (including software & hardware) 
  • Flexible to working hours, weekend working and out of hours escalation point. 
  • Experience with implementation of new processes will be ad advantage.

We are working with IT support on a Global level and the central Service Desk in Warsaw will be working tightly together with colleagues from Service Desk functions in Denmark and England.
