Job responsibilities:
- Leading a team 4 Delivery Consultants within SDLC technical stream
- Running end to end recruitment processes in cooperation with Account Managers, Researchers and Vendors
- Analyzing market trends in order to find the most efficient sourcing channels and tools
- Analyzing team efficiencies to best alocate workforce and increase results
- Building and maintaining trustworthy, long term relationships with both Clients and Candidates
- Execute candidate centric proces methodology among in order to deliver highest level of professional service
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands on professional experience in IT Recruitment area
- Experience in managing a team of consultants is essential but not necessary
- Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, methodologies and channels (i.e. script sourcing, social media)
- Expert knowledge of the software development market specifics
- Very good command of English (C1), good command of Polish (B1)
- Excellent communication skills, goal-oriented approach and can-do attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience in recruiting candidates on other than Polish markets
- Other CEE foreign language is a plus
