As IT recruiter you will be responsible for searching and attracting IT Specialist, assessing candidates and matching the consultant skills with what our client needs.
We imagine that you have:
- at least two years experience of recruiting, preferably within the IT sector,
- knowledge of various IT competences,
- good knowledge of candidate search techniques and tools,
- knowledge how to use social media in recruitment process,
- good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities among others:
- leading end to end IT recruitment projects,
- acquiring candidates by direct search method,
- placing advertisements in social media and on job portals,
- conducting interviews,
- supporting and guiding candidates through the whole recruiting process,
- proposing new strategies and sources for reaching passive candidates,
- building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and consultants.
