IT Project Management team drives projects to meet specific business goals in
Retail Banking by working closely with all stakeholders from Compliance, Technology,
Operations and Business areas following the Solution Delivery Lifecycle process.
IT Project Manager is responsible for managing/executing projects across various
geographies from initiation to closure in order to achieve specific business goals.

- Perform regular market standard project management tasks which drive the
technology projects - Manage project group across geographies & time zones to ensure smooth progress
of the project. - Create and manage project plan, benefits management plan, stakeholder
management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log. - Ensures project plans meet business needs as described in the project
documentation. - Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and
understand the project schedule and key milestones. - Works with Project Sponsor to ensure business case cost benefit analysis is in line
with business objectives. - Takes responsibility for successful project delivery, budget management and
resource planning. - Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards.
- 2+ years’ experience in successful management of technology projects through the
project lifecycle - preferably in financial industry or consulting firm. - Basic understanding of Information Technology topic related to financial industry.
- Working experience delivering projects as IT Project Manager in the Agile
- Fluent English language is absolute mandatory as Project Manager will use as
primary one in everyday responsibilities. - Agile certificate would be an advantage but is not mandatory
