• Location: Cracow/ remote

• Form of cooperation: B2B contract
• Rate: Rate: 110 - 160 pln/h netto + vat (depending on experience, negotiable)
• Project: Cloud technologies - implementation, monitoring and review of security controls

• Rate: Rate: 110 - 160 pln/h netto + vat (depending on experience, negotiable)
• Project: Cloud technologies - implementation, monitoring and review of security controls
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience as IT Project Manager (nice to have: security and cloud experience)
- Extensive experience in an IT leadership role in a development or operations environment, with in-depth specialization in project delivery and management
- A track record of overseeing delivery of multiple, large scale, complex projects
- Proven technical expertise in an IT role.
- A wide knowledge of IT hardware, software, networks, and cloud technologies
- Fluent English
- Be able to budget, track and control project expenditure.
- Established financial and accounting acumen.
- Understand and interpret complex business and IT requirements.
- Strong leadership and management ability, motivating the team.
- Knowledge of the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of risk management.
- Good knowledge of crisis response and recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
- Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
- Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals.
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
