To insure multi system / multi-application issues are managed in a timely manner by the helpdesk (AskIT): end to End governance and ownership at base location

Provide local consulting to the Global IT C&D community in solution/application design and business processes optimization activities
Support implementation and end user adoption of Global IT services and solutions
Representing local end user perspective to Global IT
Single point of contact and subject matter expertise support at local level: IT information requests for tenders, global IT systems, global IT processes, governance of global IT function
Other ad-hoc activities as determined by Global IT
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manages the IT Support Operations for Microsoft and Workplace services offered to customers.
Manages processes and resources delivering the IT run service, responsible for overseeing the service delivery team, ensuring the coordination of this team in overall planning activities, service delivery and issue resolution.
Ensures that all supporting components of the service, including any associated SLAs, OLAs and UCs are aligned and managed as an integrated service.
Responsible for the overall continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of the services.
Periodically monitors and reviews performance against the SLA/OLA service and/or portfolio.
Collaborates with the Sourcing on supplier management and establishes/reviews/approves key contracts with external service providers, as needed
