Currently we are looking for a consultant who will carry out a project for our Client:

 

IT Onsite Support

Workplace: Kraków


Main tasks:

Member of Onsite IT team working as part of GEO IT Services team supporting local & remote users.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a busy service desk / local support environment.
  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Windows XP/7 - Office 2007/2010, Active Directory
  • Experience of IT Asset management and Inventory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and documentation skills for processes and procedures.
  • Experience of using a call logging system, Remedy – desirable.
  • Must have excellent customer facing qualities with a flexible, can do attitude.
  • Experience and knowledge of Laptop imaging, WDS desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Networking & TCP/IP, desirable.
