Location: Krakow
On this position you will:
- Lead and supervise Leaders of Java Developers
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to associates managers
- Provide guidance and suggest solutions to issues, drive continuous improvement
- Conduct formal performance evaluations and peer review feedback
- Face with external and internal clients to fully understand business requirements and implement technology solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of leadership experience with software teams
- The ability to promote adaptive planning, evolutionary development, and delivery
- Being able to work well independently by prioritizing tasks and deliverables, providing guidance to those on the team
- Identifying and resolving ongoing issues for direct reports
- Understanding business requirements and providing technical solutions through strong problem solving skills
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
