Your next position:
You will lead global IT support team (coordinate, participate in activities and projects to maintain in-house infrastructure across the company. You will be responsible for system, servers and network administration on 2nd and 3rd level support and assisting other Help Desk Employees in providing 1st line support.You will be also responsible for the life cycle of all issues with the primary objective to prevent incidents from happening, eliminate recurring ones, minimalize the impact of those that cannot be prevented and process improvement.
What do you need to succeed?
You have to have 4 years experience in developing, implementing and supporting infrastructure and Help Desk operations. Knowledge of : Microsoft, VMware, SAN Storage, Cloud providers, Firewalls, Networks. You also have to speak fluent English.
