IT Executive Assistant

Job type: contract B2B
Willingness to work in dynamic environment, flexibility, fluent English and 2 years' (+) experience on similar position is a must! Do you have:
- prior success in managing executive level schedules and calendars
- high level of professionalism and prior experience interacting with high level executives, both public and private
- critical thinking skills to assess and discern level of privatisation for work load
- extraordinary organisational skills and the ability to flex when necessary
- experience with vendor contracting and management a plus
You might be the one we are looking for! On this position you will:
- manage all aspects of the President/CEO’S calendar including scheduling, mailing and business travels
- answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- prepare required meeting materials
- president/CEO’S timely review of correspondence and documentation to ensure achievement of key strategic initiatives
- coordinate with events planner to plan meetings
- organise, manage, post and circulate all committee meeting materials
- other duties and special projects as assigned.
