Your new role
The role of contract management is to ensure a consistent approach of engaging with and managing vendors in order to control costs, ensure service delivery and performance management and foster long lasting vendor relations. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
- Negotiating IT contracts in collaboration with business owners, GSCP and Legal.
- Identifying and monitoring T&C compliance of vendor contracts in GSS.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in IT contracts, evaluation and negotiation (Non disclosure agreements, Sales/Purchasing Agreements, Sub-contracts, Consultancy Contracts, Licensing agreements, master agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions)
- Action oriented, handle ongoing issues and change management
- Awareness of cost drivers in IT is an advantage.
