For one of our clients, an international company, we are looking for an IT Applications Administrator with focus on Jira administration. The role is hybrid with office in Warsaw (centre).
Responsibilities: 

• Application management: installation, configuration and upgrading application, monitoring of application performance and availability, manage user access rights.
• Optimisation and Improvements: identifying and implementing improvements in application performance, analysis of logs and reports to detect potential problems, collaboration with development teams to implement new features and updates.
• Providing technical support within managed business applications: resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, diagnosing and fixing errors and performance problems.
• Database management: administration of databases related to applications, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies, performing backups and data recovery when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in administering Business Applications
• Nice to have: ERP, Jira or CRM administration experience
• Basic front-end (HTML, CSS, JS) and back-end developer (C#) knowledge will be an asset.
• Fluent English
