Project scope:
- Administration and updating of applications implemented in company: escalating issues in agrees SLA to 3rd party vendors and applying changes according to business requirements
- Monitoring local applications in terms of performance and health checks
- Work closely with business and IT team in order to fulfill business requirements
- Coordinate activities of application vendors in order to ensure high performance and continuous work of applications that are supporting business processes
- Help with budget preparation for applications used within the organization: control license usage, control maintenance expenses, find solutions that may decrease application costs
- Manage escalations reported by the internal customers
- Daily communication with both technical and functional end-users
Requirements:
- Experience in administering business applications and their implementation
- Experience in providing remote support to users, diagnose problems, and recommend or implement solutions
- Knowledge about writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios. Basic experience with creating web applications will be an asset
- Strong analytical, documentation and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
- Experience in providing remote support to users, diagnose problems, and recommend or implement solutions
- Preffered Application Administration skills
