We are looking for the candidates for the position of :
IT Analyst with English (1st line support)
The IT Service Desk Analyst is the ‘first line’ contact for all end user (customer) IT Requests and Incidents.

You will be responsible for:
- Providing first line support for the company employees workstations, servers, application software, and hardware
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to IT, LAN/WAN, MS Office, Windows, VPN, Active Directory
- Handling End users queries in English via phone, chat, email, and ticketing system SNOW
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in helpdesk support with knowledge of IT Service Desk
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is essential to support global users
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, SNOW
- Technical knowledge such as PC/Laptop configuration familiarity
- Sound knowledge of ITIL Framework
- Excellent customer service skills
- Analytical skills
- Being able to communicate with other team members effectively
- Can do attitude
- Ability to gain new skills quickly
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts 24x7 (mainly afternoon-evening)
