Key Responsibilities
The Key Person will be in charge of the negotiation and review of fund contracts with a focus on investment limits, and of the system maintenance of the investment restrictions. Additionally, the new colleague will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
The Key Person will be in charge of the negotiation and review of fund contracts with a focus on investment limits, and of the system maintenance of the investment restrictions. Additionally, the new colleague will be responsible for:
- the ongoing optimization and maintenance of the limit checking system;
- maintaining contact with asset managers, portfolio managers and custodians;
- acting as contact person for all issues relating to fund-specific investment restrictions at all levels of internal and external communication
- quality assurance of ongoing processes
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key CompetenciesThe Key Person will bring the following:
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject;
- Experience in a similar position (KVG or custodian);
- Excellent knowledge of European investment regulations (i.e. Germany, Luxembourg, Austria) and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organization;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to communicate;
- Ability to deliver flawless work even under high load and time pressure;
- Fluent in English;
- Very good German language skills.
