On behalf of our Client, American manufacturer, we are currently looking for the Candidate to hold the position of International Recruiter working internally in the Warsaw office.
On this position you will be in charge of all recruitment activities across the region (Poland, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, South Africa) from talent attraction and sourcing to the offers management. The role will handle recruitment across all job families and business units: Supply Chain, Sales&Marketing, Finance, Customer Service. You will cooperate with Hiring Managers and department heads on a daily basis.
We are looking for the Candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment process gained within agency, RPO or internal. Impeccable English skills and the ability to build strong relationship with the Candidates and Hiring Managers is a must. Knowledge of German or French will be an asset.
