International Business Development Manager (electrical vehicle battery market) - rekrutacja online

For our Client, dynamically developing company from the machinery sector, for a new position in global structure, we are looking for:

Resposibilities:

• Improving a company's market position (globally) and maximizing it's financial growth.
• Defining strategic goals, liaise with business partners and stakeholders, making business plan, identifying new business opportunities, and keeping up to date with market trends.
• Identifying potential clients and business partners (from electrical vehicles battery market).
• Creating distribution channel of machines to the companies that are part of the production process of electrical vehicles batteries.
• Presenting company’s skills in order to set up meetings with potential customers.
• Bringing engineering teams together in order to create new production machines and new business.

Requirements:

• Good experience from the EV market on different levels (OEM/Tier 1/Tier 2).
• Business development and sales experience.
• Technical know-how.
• International experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any of technical, marketing, business administration, economics, or in a related discipline. MBA-nice to have.
• English language – fluent.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Open mind and energy in action.
• Willingness to business trips all over the world.
