For our Client, dynamically developing company from the machinery sector, for a new position in global structure, we are looking for:
International Business Development Manager (electrical vehicle battery market)Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Resposibilities:
- Improving a company's market position (globally) and maximizing it's financial growth.
- Defining strategic goals, liaise with business partners and stakeholders, making business plan, identifying new business opportunities, and keeping up to date with market trends.
- Identifying potential clients and business partners (from electrical vehicles battery market).
- Creating distribution channel of machines to the companies that are part of the production process of electrical vehicles batteries.
- Presenting company’s skills in order to set up meetings with potential customers.
- Bringing engineering teams together in order to create new production machines and new business.
Requirements:
- Good experience from the EV market on different levels (OEM/Tier 1/Tier 2).
- Business development and sales experience.
- Technical know-how.
- International experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in any of technical, marketing, business administration, economics, or in a related discipline. MBA-nice to have.
- English language – fluent.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Open mind and energy in action.
- Willingness to business trips all over the world.
