Your new role
As an in-house lawyer you will be providing advice, preparing legal opinions and explanations on current issues related to the functioning of the company, in the field of corporate, commercial, civil and labor law, drafting and reviewing contracts, opinions, letters and other legal documents for clients, authorities, courts, and any other third parties. You will be responsible for corporate services for companies, preparation of draft resolutions and corporate internal legal acts, participation in contract negotiations, creating legal documents related to the company's activity, cooperation with external entities providing consulting services for the company, development of procedures and internal regulations and for preparation of letters to state institutions and cooperating entities.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least 3 years of legal experience, you must have university degree in Law and completed bar qualification, you must be fluent in English and Polish, have very good knowledge of corporate, civil, labor law and GDPR. We also expect you to have an experience in multinational company. You should be independent and responsible; detail orientated and have good analytical skills.
