Improvement Process Expert - new established SSC
Miejsce pracy: PoznańFor our Client, new established Shared Service Center in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for the position of: Improvement Process Expert
- Providing hands-on European Sales Factory (sales back office) performance reports (incl. country team performance, efficiency and quality) and keep track of customer satisfaction based on customer surveys
- Being the point of contact for ESF customers
- Supporting in resolving issues related to ESF performance
- Coordinating and driving continuous improvement in the ESF to boost efficiency and improve overall process quality
- Creating evaluations and presentations for stakeholders in the ESF and the project
Requirements:
- Experience in process optimization and Continuous Improvement in a business process environment, e.g. Shared Services, Customer Service / Sales Support
- Good understanding of business / administrative processes
- Experience in LEAN Enterprise/Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies is desirable
- Proven track record in serving stakeholder needs and good networking/communication skills
- Strong analytical skills (passion for numbers)
- Reliability, commitment and assertiveness
- Good team-player able to work in cross cultural teams
