Your new role
This global position is responsible for driving the successful implementation of our digital applications and corresponding management processes. You will work closely with suppliers and colleagues across functions and geographies.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Engage with accounts and customers on the requirements and timelines
- Project manage the deployment at customer sites
- Engage with accounts and customers to ensure the app is filled with relevant content when launched
- Configuration of the app (configuration of floor-maps, creating the spatial model, data setup and validation)
- Working closely with supplier
- Improving the data handling process
Success in the role will be measured on the candidate’s ability to:
- Seamless roll out of our digital applications, leading them to operate based on the new processes and principles Running the implementation process as defined
- Drive improvement of the business processes
- Building strong relationships with the local teams allowing us to follow-up on the implementation and driving adoption
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge and experience of managing projects, preferred IT business applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to maintain effective communication with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter & proactive in identifying needs & opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring accountability of the overall project
