For our client, an international company from the FMCG sector with a very stable position on the market, we are currently looking for a person with extensive experience in the HR environment, who will be responsible for the IT and new technologies department.

Due to a further growth we are looking for an individual highly experienced in HR environment, who will be able to successfully manage all dedicated responsibilities in fast changing and demanding environment.
Opis stanowiska
- Drive and execute talent acquisition process
- Develop and implement recruitment/sourcing strategies and new programs as needed
- Support technology team efforts to achieve business unit targets and milestones
- Work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention
- Provide day-to-day support and counsel on matters relating to employee relations, HR compliance and government regulations
Profil kandydata
- 5+ years' previous Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English (a must)
- Record of successful recruitments for technology-oriented positions
- Experience in multicultural companies will be a great asset
- Very good understanding of HR and labor law regulations and procedures
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Hands-on approach
