On behalf of our Client - international production company, we are currently looking for a candidates to fill the position of HR Team Leader with Dutch and English to join the Warsaw’s office.
Your new role
On this position, you will be responsible for a coordination of daily operations, development of objectives for the call centre’s day-to-day activities, evaluation of performance, handling escalated customer service inquiries and ensuring communication between various company’s departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the multilingual team of customer service representatives (mentoring, coaching, training, managing workflow, holding escalations, conducting personal appraisal processes, etc.).
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for the candidates with at least 3 years of experience in team management and a relevant knowledge of call centre/customer care processes, preferably gained in international environment. Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch is required for this position. We are looking for an experienced professional with great communication and interpersonal skills, skilled in people and process management.
