On behalf of our Client, one of the leading companies in its industry globally,we are currently looking for a person to hold HR Team Leader position, based in thecentreof Warsaw.
Your new role
The HR Team Leader will take over management of 5-8 persons team, responsible for organizing trainings in the EMEA region, mainly focusing on the administrative and logistic aspects of L&D processes.In terms of managerial duties, L&D Team Leader will be responsible for managing the team, recruiting, training, mentoring, holding escalations, etc. Operationally among others, L&D Team Leader will ensure the delivery of serviceaccording to company's standards and procedures and will also be leading or supporting implementationsof new solutions and improvements as well as development of service during transitions.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a relevant experience in HR area and minimum 2 years of managerial experience. Experience gained in SSC/BPO environmentis a must.Experience in learning & development area will be a strong asset.Due to the international area of service, we are looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers.The ideal candidate should present expert knowledge on HR process administration within SSC, highly developed managerial and communication skills,result-oriented attitude as well as ability to work in a fast changing, corporate environment.
