For one of our Clients, the company which is operating in Business Services area we are looking for an HR Team Leader - Onboarding team who will be responsible for creating a team for newly introduced processes into company.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing and developing a newly created team of Onboarding Specialist
- Organization of the team's work
- Providing professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
- Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship
- Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
Requirements:
- A minimum 3 years of experience in HR department
- A minimum 1 year of experience in team management
- Higher education (preferred: human resource management, psychology, personnel management or related)
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Fluent English
- Very good work organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to take part in transition from the UK
