On behalf of my Client, an international company that develops its business in Warsaw, we are currently looking for the HR Specialist with English.
On this position you will be responsible for providing support to the functional management teams, implementing the key HR processes for the function (Career Management, Reward Practice etc.), supporting the annual reward pay review, monitoring recruitment plans and training needs. Moreover, you will closely cooperate with HR Administration and Recruitment Administration team to ensure accuracy of any employee records. The HR Specialist will be in charge of advising all levels of management and keep abreast of local legislation changes.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 2 years of professional experience on a similar position gained in an international environment (preferably SSC). Working knowledge of Polish employment law is a must as well as fluent English and Polish. Previous experience in Workday will be a huge advantage. The ideal candidate should present strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
