Our Client is a well-known consulting company with very stable position on the market, based in Warsaw. Due to dynamic growth of Shared Services Structures, we are looking for candidates, which are strongly interested in HR area, for the new position of:

HR Projects Administrator with English and French languageMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the HR project processes to ensure a high quality of the performed tasks
  • Supporting local HR team and consulting staff
  • Updating employees data and audits in HRIS
  • Global training administration
  • Producing reports and dashboards, providing data analysis

Requirements:

 

  • At least one year of experience on a similar role in SSC/BPO structure
  • Fluent in English and French
  • University degree (preferable Psychology, Sociology, Human Resource Management)
  • Experience in HRIS system
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office packet
  • Detail oriented and team-working skills
