Participation in HR projects for Poland and Baltic countries as well as working with close cooperation with People Partners and HRBPs;
Providing information to the employees on HR related aspects;
Close cooperation and support to Line Manager and Employees within HR systems including: Workday and Salesforce
Data maintenance in the Workday and SAP HR system, verifying data;
Preparation and maintenance of employee documentation, close cooperation with the payroll team;
Participating in the preparation of documents and information for an audit purposes
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR;
Very good English
Learning skills of new systems (SAP, Workday) and HR processes HR (Personnel administration, personnel files);
Practical knowledge of the Labor Code
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Work organization skills
Attention to details;
Teamworking skills;
Very good working knowledge of MS Office
