For one of our clients, a global company with a growing SSC in Warsaw, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of HR Manager.
Your new role
HR Manager will report to Head of Centre locally and to a global management abroad. The person hired on the position will be responsible for all of HR related processes within the company starting from strategy and internal policies and including also hands-on tasks such as recruitment, talent management, providing on-going advisory for senior management, on-boarding or preparing contracts for the new hires. What is more, HR Manager will manage the volume recruitment processes in close cooperation with external vendor. He/she will also be in charge of building an HR team.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with minimum 7 years of experience in HR field and at least 3 years on similar position, who are fluent in English (professional proficiency), have excellent communication skills and good understanding of SSC/BPO sector.
