For our client, emerging leader in the spine industry, we are currently looking for a HR Generalist.

Your new role:

 The role is it to be responsible for development staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation for positions of responsibility. identification appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the company, develop and recommend progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, and rewards for effective performance and to provide programs which utilize an employee and company partnership for the short and long-range health and welfare protection of the employees, establishing human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps. Areas of activity will include talent management through proper succession planning programs for key contributor and management positions, training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business. The duties of the person hired in this position will include: maintain knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues, spearhead initiatives to assure that high quality, timely and consistent operational HR services are provided to the international regions, including hiring, on boarding, performance and talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, leadership and organization design.

 What do you need to be successful?

 We are looking for a candidate with, an university degree, very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, at least 5 years of experience in HR, preferred in IT/Software service companies and minimum 2-3 years as HR Manager, or HR Business Partner Generalist in a service-targeted organization. Experience in building an effective recruitment policy (including defining processes for automating recruitment processes), practice in recruiting IT specialists will be a very big advantage. Experience in the development of a "learning organization", building and implementing HR processes at the organization level will be an asset. What do you get in return?
