- assist managers and staff with human resources issues,
- take care of the entire recruitment process,
- manage HR processes in the organization: hiring, development, periodic appraisals, compensation policies, employee relations, etc.,
- participate in the development of payroll policies, implementation of HR processes and procedures,
- participate in and support projects within the organization, especially those related to sustainable development.
What we are looking for:
- knowledge of polish labour law,
- completed commercial training or finished studies in economics or similar degree,
- knowledge of HR, knowledge of good practices and the role of HR in a modern organization,
- english fluency, written and spoken,
- good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook,
- flexibility and creativity,
- analytical skills,
- motivated, self-organized and team-oriented candidate,
- strong assertiveness.
