For our client we are looking for

 

HR DIRECTOR / BOARD MEMBER

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Implement all HR firm systems, processes and procedures for recruitment, employment, promotions,
  • Working out personnel cost budget
  • Active searches for recruitment methods, development and trainings solutions among staff, leading recruitment and selection process
  • Cooperation with external institutions and firms of staff recruitment and development
  • Reporting progress in all HR fields

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • University degree (preferred: human resources, psychology, social science, economics, law)
  • Min. 8 years of experience on the similar position, preferably in international company
  • Coordinating and taking part in creating and implementing HR tools: compensation and benefits, salary grading, succession planning, evaluation programs, competencies models, job profiles, motivation systems
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Experience in cooperation with external consulting firms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organized, flexible thinking with teamwork abilities
  • Running own HR consultancy firm is acceptable
  • Experience with labor unions negotiations
