Currently for our client, international pharmaceutical company with an office in Warsaw, we are looking for HR Data Management Leader.
What will you be doing?
In this position, as a part of management team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic direction and guidance regarding global HR data management, existing standards, policies and procedures. This position will have you cooperating with different teams across HR Services globally in order to get all the information and data needed to provide effective leadership for HR Data Management.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate is experienced in working as a part of global organisation with excellent command of English and presents highly developed analytical skills allowing him to analyse existing situation, interacting with other parts of the company globally and come up with a new strategy regarding HR data management. The candidate has to possess HR system expertise, including Workday.
