For our client, an international company from the retail area, we are looking for a person for the position:
HR Consultant
We’re currently looking for Candidates for HR Consultant role, based in Warsaw. As HR Consultant you will be responsible for making an overview of critical steps in setting up retail store, creating a detailed plan for HR-related actions, preparing contract templates for key positions, aligning on payroll process with internal payroll team and payroll vendor. Also, you will be engaged in preparing Employee Handbook for new employees and creating and delivering onboarding training for store and district managers.
We’re looking for Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in working in a similar position, fluent level of English is a must (C1). We require an excellent knowledge of Polish labour legislation. We expect candidates to have high organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills and flexibility. Experience of supporting business with setting up a retail business from the scratch will be an additional advantage.
We offer work in a company with high work standards and a good market reputation, the possibility of gaining experience on an interesting project. The offer applies to employment for 6 months and part-time job (1/2).
