For our Client a multinational production and distribution company we are looking for hands on HR Business Partner to cover HR activities and be a partner for the business in Poland.

Areas of responsibility:

As HR Business Partner in our client company you will act as point of contact for leaders across functions delivering HR support on day-to-day matters, supporting them in their execution of strategies and in ensuring the best performing teams. Your role will be focused on executing agreed HR priorities and actions in cooperation with the Regional HR Manager based in Warsaw. You will primarily operate with the yearly HR processes in areas such as organisational design, people development, talent management, change management, employer branding, onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, the tasks will involve recruitment, position evaluation and salary benchmarking. Through your business acumen, it is natural for you to execute HR related matters and support managers in building the right capabilities locally. You will be involved in providing information about market trends, competencies which are required, as well as identifying hiring needs. Being part of a global organisation, you will on an ongoing basis participate in various international HR projects as well as workshops.

What you’ll need to success:

You need to have a University degree in business, law, psychology or other relevant field, a minimum 3-years of experience in a HR Business Partner role. Successful individual should have an experience in employment law, HR administration, C&B, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement and employee development. Fluent/very good English language skills are essential. In order to be successful in this role you need to be a proactive, independent and creative person with positive and can-do mindset. What is more we are looking for HR Professional with high degree of common sense, openness, flexibility, communications skills and a trusted advisor.
