On behalf of our Client, international financial company, we are looking for the person for the position of HR Business Partner.
The person on this position will be responsible for implementation of the HR strategy across the business in all regions within the Group. Main duties on this role includes the responsibility for employee lifecycle process: recruitment, assessment centres, on – boarding projects, managing probation up to employee leave the company. The person on this position will be also taking part in another HR projects like: identifying and preparing development plans for employees; analyzing training needs, conducting trainings, learning and development projects, performance management and labour law guidance as well. Moreover HR Business Partner will be working closely with Managers, providing coaching and helping them drive employee engagement and performance, supporting them in defining the skills and capabilities of employees are fully utilised. The person on this position will be engaged in leading international HR projects within the Group.
From the Candidate we require min. 3-5 years of experience on similar position in HR Department in international environment. Fluent English and experience in regional roles is highly required. Moreover, we look for Candidates with good knowledge of Polish labour law, simultaneously aware of international legislations in the area of employment. Preferable candidate will possess highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to listen, problem solving, communication and negotiation skills. The person on this position should be well organized, able to work with team and take ownership and responsibility for the projects assigned to him/her. In addition we look for the person with business acumen and understanding of different aspects of culture.
