
We are looking for an HR Business Partner for our SSC client.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating full recruitment process in Share Service Center
- Participating in HR SSC Budget process. Coordinating HR SSC budget control during the year
- Defining training needs of employees. Building and managing training plans
- Building and maintaining a partner relationship with the Employees of SSC department
- Participation in HR projects
- Supporting of communication process between HR and business
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years work experience in a similar role
- Fluent English and Polish
- Expertise in the HR tools and methodologies supporting cooperation with all stakeholders
- Goal oriented and solution-based approach to HR matters
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the polish labor law
