- maintain and develop relationships with internal clients in order to diagnose needs and recommend relevant solutions for business needs,
- proactively engage with the business on people topics affecting employee engagement, retention, succession planning,
- make use of global solutions and create local ones in the areas of Leadership Development, Engagement, talent development,
- partner business in change management processes (e.g. structure changes, new policy/process implementation),
- coordinate HR processes like: Compensation Review, Engagement Survey, Performance Management, position evaluation, employment conditions changes, rewards, talent acquisition (by dedicated TA Partners hands) etc.
- participate in internal international projects focused on HR simplification, harmonization & digitalization as well as leadership development,
- build HR solutions cooperating closely with HR Centers of Competence (eg, Compensation, Benefits, Systems & Solutions, Talent Acquisition),
- coordinate Learning Partnering Activities performed by the external Partner,
- ensure & Coordinate engaging communication on HR Processes to Managers & Employees,
- monitor key metrics and recommend improvements,
- manage on going compensation related topics,
- coordinate cooperation with third party workers provider (Trenkwalder),
- HR Team Collaboration involves: Global Centers of HR Competence, external HR Transactional Process & Payroll Providers, Global Mobility & Immigration providers, Internal Labor Relations Partner, External Legal Advisors & Learning Partner & Learning Managed Services external Provider.
Requirements:
- ability to build trusted collaboration within HR team and the whole organization,
- ability to build recommendations of solutions based on needs & own ideas,
- ability to present “Can do” attitude and challenge approaches that do not lead the organization in the strategic directions,
- strong accountability with good project management skills,
- ability to act independently within a frame and represent one voice of the HR,
- team University degree, preferably in Economics/ Psychology,
- min 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in an international environment,
- good labor legislation knowledge,
- english - advanced level.
