On behalf of our Client from financial sector, currently, we are looking for Candidates to hold the position of HR Assistant with fluent Dutch and English for the newly created HR Center located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for the delivery of HR- and benefits administration (all employee processes from hire to retire: providing data input, organising and maintaining employees records, processing changes in terms of vacancies, leaves, hires, promotions, transfers, benefits, etc), supporting HRBPs and local teams from Benelux region in daily operations and supporting with the payroll processes
We are looking for the Candidates with excellent language skills who wants to develop in HR field. Fluent Dutch written and spoken is a must as well as excellent communication skills and attention to the details.
