On behalf of our Client, leading global investment bank, we are currently looking for candidates for a position of HR Analystto join the Data Reporting and Analytics team based in Warsaw.
The HR Analyst will be responsible for supporting talent development strategy for Warsaw and EMEA region.The key responsibilities on this position will include preparing various reports, data analysis and presentationsto provide expert opinion on data trends, performance, employee surveys, etc. in order to support the delivery of talent development strategies and priorities in the company. HR Analyst will also take care of data governanceand track issues and queries to provide the best service delivery.
We are seeking candidates with min. 1 year of experience data reporting, preferably in HR area. As this is an international role at the company, the candidates should present fluent Englishand highly developed communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Excel and data visualisation programs, like Tableau, are a must on this position.We are looking for detail-oriented candidates with ability work with large sets of data and with a multiple projects.
