HR & Payroll Specialist

Your key responsibilities:

• Supporting employee request process, coordinating resolution of queries and escalations where needed
• Prepare employment contracts and other employment-related documents
• Conducting personnel administration in accordance with applicable regulations
• Acting as the Key liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
• Entering and updating data in the HR system
• Compiling various reports and documentation
• Recording and settlement of working time
• Monitoring the timeliness of periodic occupational medicine examinations

Our requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an adequate position
• Excellent knowledge on the Polish Labour law and its implementation in HR function
• Fluent in English
• Experience in employing foreigners
• Strong MS Office skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with employees across all levels of the organization in a sensitive manner
