HR & Payroll Specialist

Your key responsibilities:

Supporting employee request process, coordinating resolution of queries and escalations where needed
Prepare employment contracts and other employment-related documents
Conducting personnel administration in accordance with applicable regulations
Acting as the Key liaison to appointed payroll vendor on all payroll matters
Entering and updating data in the HR system
Compiling various reports and documentation
Recording and settlement of working time
Monitoring the timeliness of periodic occupational medicine examinations

Our requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in an adequate position
Excellent knowledge on the Polish Labour law and its implementation in HR function
Fluent in English
Experience in employing foreigners
Strong MS Office skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with employees across all levels of the organization in a sensitive manner
