For our Client, an international law company, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of HR Advisor/Senior Specialist in a Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
On this position you will provide day to day employee (including line managers) advice and guidance on HR related policies and practices, provide coaching to line managers to encourage effective communication & objective problem resolution, manage employee relations casework (including dispute resolutions, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy), drive resolution in line with legislation and internal policies, support HR Manager in the delivery of people projects and HR calendar activities and monitor and review HR policies and processes.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in area of HR Administration, HR Advisory or similar gained in SSC sector. Fluent English on this position is a must, another European language will be an asset. If you are proactive and energetic person who has a proven experience in HR improvements, apply!
