On behalf of our Client, international law firm with global reach,we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of HR Administrator with Italian or Spanishto join the HR team based in Warsaw.
Your new role
The HR Administrator will be responsible for all employee lifecycle administration of current and new hired employeesby conducting data entry and records processing (maintaining employees records, salaries and benefits information, relocation and position records, managing maternity leaves, etc.). Additionally, HR Administrator will be responding HR related questions of employees,mainly through emails.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR administration,preferably gained in an international company. The ideal candidate should present an understanding of HR policies and processes and good organisational skills. Due to the international area of service we are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and Italian or Spanish.
