Your new company

Your new role will be to:
- Define and deliver an effective sourcing of Talents to meet the needs of the organization
- Coordinate and execute talent acquisition concepts, tools and processes
- Support conceptualization of specific talent solutions; concepts, processes and tools
- Execute recruitments, talent pipelining
- Lead the team of Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters, ensure the right allocation of resources
- Support employee branding activities (collaboration with universities and others)
- Provide talent analytics and share with relevant Stakeholders to shape the future
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record in talent acquisition for all groups of employees and managers across multiple geographical locations,
- Experience in Leading a small team
- Experienced in working with different types of psychometrical testing, assessment centers and various types of interviews
- Strong collaborator and strong result orientation
- Experience from Global Matrix organizations
- Fluent English proficiency (oral and in written form)
- Dominant traits include being driven and self motivated, structured and systematic and oriented towards cooperation with numerous stakeholders. Feeling a strong ownership of the process and delivery, proactive approach.
