Head of Sales
Location: Warsaw
Your new role: As a Head of Sales you will promote company’s value proposition in the Polish market and build long-term trusting relationships with corporate clients, business partners and Government entities (mainly insurance companies, banks and retail companies). You will be responsible for devising strategies for driving sales in Poland, acquiring business partners/corporate clients, cooperating with global sales team and other International Senior Executives in company and identifying new business opportunities. You will also act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company, negotiate sales contracts and participate in pricing the solution. On top of it you will monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed: First of all you need minimum 10 years of experience in senior business development role in B2B2C and/or B2B sales model gained in financial sector, especially in insurance companies or financial start-ups/fintechs and proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth. To succeed in this role you must have outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills, be ambitious and target focused, be able to build up strong relationships. You need to understand the importance of being the main person of contact within the organisation, be open-minded, flexible, initiative and innovative, drive and capable of making decision within an international organisation, be a kind of an intrapreneur with focus on business development. We also expect you to have a master’s degree (MBA would be a plus). You need be fluent in English as you will use it on day-to-day basis to communicate with the Head Office.
