On behalf of one of the largest providers of modern machines, technologies and solutions for various manufacturing industries, we are looking for candidates to fill a newly created position:

Head of Sales and Business Development, CEEMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Major tasks:

  • Creation, implementation and development of a sales and marketing strategy for countries of the region
  • Building and managing a multinational sales team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients in close cooperation with line divisions
  • Planning and implementation of the sales and marketing budget in the region
  • Implementation of digitalization and innovation solutions in the area of sales and marketing
  • Building and maintaining relationships with global suppliers
  • Constant analysis of sales, market and performance data to optimize activities
  • Monitoring the CEE market and competition
  • Cooperation with customer service, finance, procurement, logistics and other departments

Key requirements:

  • Substantial experience in technical sales management on the CEE market
  • Experience in managing large and dispersed sales teams
  • Proven record of managing at least EUR 20 million sales per year
  • Very good knowledge of modern management tools
  • Fluency in English, good command of Ukrainian and/or Russian
  • Higher education
