Head of Sales and Business Development, CEEMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Major tasks:
Creation, implementation and development of a sales and marketing strategy for countries of the region
Building and managing a multinational sales team
Building and maintaining relationships with clients in close cooperation with line divisions
Planning and implementation of the sales and marketing budget in the region
Implementation of digitalization and innovation solutions in the area of sales and marketing
Building and maintaining relationships with global suppliers
Constant analysis of sales, market and performance data to optimize activities
Monitoring the CEE market and competition
Cooperation with customer service, finance, procurement, logistics and other departments
Key requirements:
Substantial experience in technical sales management on the CEE market
Experience in managing large and dispersed sales teams
Proven record of managing at least EUR 20 million sales per year
Very good knowledge of modern management tools
Fluency in English, good command of Ukrainian and/or Russian
Higher education
