Role Overview:
We seek an experienced educator to lead our Lower Elementary (Pre-KG to Grade 5) division while maintaining a reduced teaching load (16 lesson hours/week). This role combines leadership, curriculum oversight, and pastoral care as a Homeroom Teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee faculty, curriculum development, and student support in Lower Elementary.
- Coordinate school events, parent communication, and teacher evaluations.
- Manage resources, duty rotas, and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and school psychologist.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in elementary education.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to IB/PBL pedagogies and multicultural learning.
