Our Client is a consulting company. We are looking for proactive and business oriented candidates for the position Head of Accounting Manager  / Board Mmber

Scope of duties:

  • Full responsibility for development of Accounting and Payroll Service Line;
  • Active role in sales of services to new clients;
  • Maintaining and building relations with existing clients;
  • Co-operation with marketing and BD department in their sales support activities;
  • Managing and developing team of accountants and payroll specialists,
  • responsibility for meeting targets with respect to business line P&L,
  • monitoring of profitability of projects and efficiency of work on projects;
  • providing support to the team in contacts with clients and in dealing with complex accounting issues;
  • Identifying risks and proposing solutions in project implementation
  • Acting in the capacity of a Board Member,

Requirements:

  • Strong motivation for reaching to clients and sales activities,
  • Experience in team management, including motivating, feedback, goal setting, problem solving,
  • Very good communication skills,
  • Financial education - degree in accounting or finance (additional certifications is seen as a plus),
  • Experience in outsourcing and/or advisory firms – huge advantage,
  • Broad knowledge in International and Polish accounting standards and tax regulations (Polish),
  • English at an advanced level,
  • Knowledge of the Ms Office (MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook),
  • Experience in working with international clients,
  • Ability to operate in challenging and dynamic environment,
  • High communications and teamwork skills,
  • Analytical skills, accuracy, meticulousness,
  • Can do’ attitude, problem solving and customer service orientation - more than welcome,
