Global Payroll and Data Support Analyst

- Perform monthly/quarterly control tasks
- Regular perform audit of data between Workday and CloudPay of payroll impacting data such as pay groups, cost centers, etc.
- Provide guidance related to processes requiring manual input
- Develop/implement better structure/process for retaining files needed for audit
- Support creation of internal country information documents in conjunction with ESC Payroll team
- New Compensation plan rollout and configuration (allowances, One-time payments)
- Time and absence module testing as new configuration is implemented
- Provide testing support and coordination for year-end compensation testing
- Maintain key role in testing all changes related to pay groups, assignment rules, and other pay impacting data
- Receive and monitor integration error logs (i.e. missing data that prevents a record from being included) and work to resolve with appropriate party(ies)
- Liaise with ESC Payroll on error resolution
- Manage requests to report changes by submitting appropriate ticket, working with reporting team to update requirements, testing changes, and deploying to production
- Regularly run reports to ensure accuracy and in conjunction with data auditing
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Technology or IT/Payroll
- Experience documenting processes is required
- Ability to work with end users to explain processes and provide guidance
- Ability to work independently and use analytical and problem solving skills to resolve issues
- Fluent English essential (verbal & written); additional European language would be an asset
- Workday Analyst experience highly preferred
- Experience as data analyst desired
- Prior experience working with SOX and auditable processes preferred
- Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft
- Strong analytic and diagnostic skills as well as a data-driven and metrics-driven approach
- Experience with SAP, or other HCM system.
- Accuracy and thoroughness while meeting customer needs in timely manner
- Ability to refine processes based on best practices
- Ability to work across cultures and across diverse management styles
