Global Data Coordinator

For our client, international producer we are looking for Global Data Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of supply chain strategies;
- Performing data collection on global operations activities (about 30 plant, 5 continents);
- Providing relevant and timely reports on crucial indicators (expenditures, costs, savings, quality and safety KPI’s);
- Defining clear and adequate data and KPI’s;
- Maintaining internal communication with Global Process Operations team, according to global reporting calendar;
- Supporting the Global Operations team on meeting and event preparation;
- Administrating the Project management tool and issuing project progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree;
- Work experience on similar role;
- Good command on analytical tools (finance knowledge preferred);
- Very good knowledge of Excel (VBA); SQL, Power BI (nice to have);
- Very good English;
- Good time management skills (prioritization, scheduling, goal setting);
- Willingness to not frequent travel;
- Good communication skills.
